Andrey Lebedev 66acde2a69 Example.DDS: Fix env script for macOS 
- For macOS append Boost_LIBRARY_DIRS to DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH and export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH in the fairmq-ex-dds-env.sh
- Update CONTRIBUTORS list
