0ae9a697b4 Avoid extra allocation when creating the LogMetaData
By using a std::string_view for LogMetaData strings we avoid an implicit
memory allocation when passing __file__, etc. which are char const*
(notice this is also the case for the standardized
std::source_location::file_name etc).
